OK, it is COLD in Alabama.... not 22" inch BLIZZARD cold, mind you---but cold, nonetheless. My thin blood is not used to 13 degree nights with 25mph wind (35-40mph gusts)....isn't that supposed to be about---ohhhh---5 or 6 states north of here? Oh wait, it is....they just have the 22" of snow to go along with it...hope you guys are staying warm up there!!! P/S: my feet are FREEZING!!! :::::::grrrr, i hate that:::::::::

Welcome to our world Christie! Glad to hear we're not the only ones (west coast) getting hammered with this frigid, winter weather. Seems to be hitting the entire country, at one time or another. We still have (freezing) fog, rain, snow, ice, and gray, drab sky. Were supposed to be rid of fog last Monday, and get a little sun, but NO! Hope it warms up for you soon! Keep warm!
I deffinetly hear what your saying. sometimes it gets so cold in the winter, and I think to myself, "cheese, it's cold here, lets move to Florida" Then harsae reality comes, I live in Florida, and this is as warm as it gets.
