Ahhhhhh, my most favorite photo subject.... i took this pic this afternoon from a local business parking lot. it was amazing, the picture does not do her justice. i tried to get a night shot for contrast, because she is amazingly BRIGHT tonight, but had no luck---they were ALL blurry. plus the fact that something kept rattling in the bushes and, being the horror flick fan that i am, i kept thinking "ok, christie, you are acting like the stupid person in the movie who hears something but stays out there anyway---and gets sliced and diced...." so....i came inside. hehehe yep, chicken!

Most righteously gorgeous! BTW, there are supposed to be two full moons this month. The second is the famed "Blue Moon", which I believe is supposed to be around on the last day of the month. Not actually blue, but it must be special to have inspired poetry and love songs!

I'm thinking of starting a photo blog of my own...been taking pics like crazy since I got the new dig cam, but I think I need to read up on how to take good pics...seems like I only get a few really good ones out of every 50 or so that I take. Well...lots of them are "okay" but I want the ones like you put in here that just jump out and captivate you and those are so hard to get!

Sometimes after you resize your pics for your journal they look fuzzy. Dunno why. Great pic as always. Cant get enough moon shots.
