falling down...

Barely standing....this poor shed in the middle of a horse pasture. close to delta, alabama. it just...caught my eye as i was passing, a dull red splash in the midst of all that green.

Oh it's been too long since I've popped over here.  I've got the weekend off in Georgia and I've just been catching up on journals.  I love your pictures, as always.  They're just beautiful.  I especially love the peaceful, serene ones.  Oh, and the black and white of the two horses.  There's just something about that one.  It makes me wish I had been taking more pics lately.  I want to go out one day when I'm home and just take pictures of things, but I don't know if I'll have time.

something comforting about an old barely-standing barn.  don't know what it is.
a little melancholy, too, but I like this shot a ton.
