Lunar Activity

                

I've been out worshipping the moon goddess again tonight---the most beautiful moon rose this evening as I was out driving around...one of those that starts orange and goes to a glorious luminous white light later in the rising. She accompanied me as I drove around and took in the fresh air and pure joy of the idea of NOT WORKING FOR 10 DAYS------vacation has begun! Not even doing anything but NOTHING for half of it...how wonderful will that be? Anyway, skulked around the neighborhood tonight and snapped a few pictures of her lunarness---she was gorgeous tonight!!! It was one of those nights when you hardly need headlights, because she lights the way for you...

Caught this sight while zooming out the door to work early this a.m.  Actually, the sight was much more refreshing than the picture, and I had to stop and just stare for a moment...  Both of these violets belonged to the mothers of dear friends of mine. Both of these phenomenal women (moms) have passed on, and I am so glad that I have these flowers to remind me of them....especially on a golden morning like this one...

This is my goddaughter, Hope, and my niece and nephew Shelby and Nick (or Google and the new Googler...hehehe). Isn't it funny how the largest problems in the world or the heaviest heart in the universe can be lifted by a silly giggle or belly-laugh of a little person? Little people are the greatest sunshine put into our lives, and I am so lucky to have these three rays in mine. No love has ever been greater than this.
